How long does it take to receive my order after its placed?
Due to our baker’s meticulous attention to detail and above average labor standards, we bake throughout the week (Monday-Friday) after each drop. Once your batch is baked, your box will be shipped within 24 hours and delivered within 7 business days (faster if you upgraded to express).
Where do you ship?
We ship all over the US! Whether it’s your granny in the middle-of-nowhere Arkansas or your estranged cousin in New York, our cookies are a click away. We hope to ship to other parts of the planet soon.
My delivery is delayed, will it still be fresh?
Unfortunately we can’t control shipping issues that come up. Shit happens. But what we can do is control freshness. Due to our wildly advanced packaging technology your cookies will remain at peak freshness for up to two weeks, however, if it looks like you’ll receive it after 7 business days from the day they shipped, shoot us a message at hello@lastcrumb.com.
My tracking info says delivered, but I didn’t receive it!
Technology is hard for some. Think about it, if your grandma got a job delivering packages there’d be some serious tracking errors. Sometimes packages are marked “delivered” prematurely or are misplaced at a neighbor’s house or similar address. Make sure to check in with the Customer Service Crumb at hello@lastcrumb.com if your package doesn’t arrive or your sneaky neighbors don’t admit to taking your cookies.
