Creme de la Crumb (Cookies & Cream) and Mile High Club (Biscoff Crunch) had a cookie baby and she’s downright scrumptious. Spiced caramel melts into cocoa and cream. Vanilla buttercream binds them. Cookie crumble on top for the texture highlight. A culinary collision so good we’re kicking ourselves for not thinking of it sooner.
