		<description>Yum!  I can see why you won over your wife with this dish.  My preference is to broil or grill summer squash since it tends to dry up a lot of the liquid, and bring out the natural sweetness in them.  I love the idea of using fresh spearmint, garlic and lemon.  Those flavors are always so good together in the Greek yogurt dish tzaziki.  Thanks for the inspiration!</description>
